Issues with activation and performance
If you did not receive your activation email after signing up for an account on our website, there are a few things you can try:
1. Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes emails can accidentally end up there.
2. Make sure you entered the correct email address when signing up. Double-check for typos or errors.
3. Wait a few minutes and check your email again. Sometimes there can be a delay in receiving emails.

You need to log in your account and click on orders tab where you will see all your purchases
The product page indicates which region or country the game can be activated in.
Products labelled as "Worldwide" region can be activated from any place in the world (unless otherwise indicated). Games tagged as "EU" can be activated only in Europe (including the UK), “UK” can only be activated in the United Kingdom, and "US" can only be activated in the United States.
Please make sure that the region of the game you are buying matches your region/country otherwise it will not work.
