Issues with activation and performance

No, the account is protected by Steam Guard, and activation can only be done on one PC per purchase. Access to the account is unlimited; however, the activation code is provided only for one computer.

Please note that when purchasing a game for offline play:

•It is prohibited to play online.

•Reinstalling/updating Windows, modifying game files, or logging out of the account may break the activation.

•The account is not for sale, and attempting to change account details is prohibited.

2 - “An error occurred when logging into the account, please try again later.”

Both of these errors can happen when trying to activate offline accounts and indicate that the account has reached the maximum number of users at the moment.

Please try logging in again after 10-15 minutes. It’s usually easier to access and download the game during the night or early morning.

If you’re still unable to access the account after several attempts, please contact technical support, and we’ll assist you.

This error is related to Denuvo protection. Please contact technical support, providing your order number, email, and a screenshot to request a replacement. We usually process replacements quickly (5-20 minutes). After that, activate the game once and immediately switch to offline mode.

Please note that when purchasing games with offline activation, staying online after activation is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.

As we don't develop the software we sell, we cannot take responsibility for performance issues you may experience even if your system meets the requirements. Please contact the developer.

Also always be sure to check the minimum requirements listed on the product's description page in the System Requirements tab, as we are not responsible if you buy a game, whose minimum requirements are not covered by your computer.

These abbreviations indicate regional restrictions for the offer.
EU stands for Europe;
US for the United States;
CA for Canada;
EMEA for Europe, Middle East, and Africa;
LATAM for Latin America.
Products labeled with those can only be activated in the specified regions.

‘Global’ products can be activated anywhere in the world.
