Sole Trader Gamers Galaxy LLC
This public offer (hereinafter — the "Agreement") defines the terms of service and governs the relationship between Sole Trader Ilya Olegovich Ilchishin (hereinafter — the "Seller"), owner of the Gamer's Galaxy online store, and the user (hereinafter — the "User"). By clicking "Accept", completing a payment, or registering in the online store, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must immediately stop using the online store.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Seller provides the User with access to the following digital goods and services:
- license keys for activating software and video games;
- offline gaming accounts;
- gaming account rental service;
- subscription access to a catalog of gaming accounts;
- software and related digital goods.
1.2. The User agrees to pay for and accept services in a timely manner in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Subscription Terms
2.1. A subscription grants the User access to the gaming account catalog for the paid period. Current pricing plans and subscription durations are published on gamers-galaxy.com.
2.2. A subscription is activated automatically once payment is received by the Seller.
2.3. Upon expiration of the subscription period, access to the account catalog is terminated automatically. To renew, the User makes a new payment according to their chosen plan.
2.4. The Seller reserves the right to modify the catalog (add, replace, or remove accounts) without prior notice to the User. The Seller does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific games or accounts in the catalog.
2.5. The User may use access to the accounts for personal use only. Sharing credentials obtained through a subscription with third parties is strictly prohibited. If a violation of this clause is detected, the Seller reserves the right to suspend the subscription without a refund.
2.6. The Seller is not liable for account bans or restrictions imposed by gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, EA App, etc.) if such actions result from the User's violation of the respective platform's terms of service.
3. Payment Procedure
3.1. Payment is accepted via bank cards and any other payment methods listed on the online store's website.
3.2. When placing an order, the User selects a preferred payment method and is then redirected to the Unitpay payment gateway or the acquiring bank's payment page.
3.3. When paying by bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where the User must enter:
- card type;
- card number;
- card expiry date;
- CVC2/CVV2 code.
3.4. If the card is enrolled in 3D-Secure, the User is automatically redirected to the card-issuing bank's page for authentication. For information about additional verification methods, the User should contact their bank.
4. Service Conditions
4.1. Access to paid services is granted upon fulfillment of the following conditions:
- the User is logged in with their username and password;
- the service has been fully prepaid or the User has a sufficient account balance.
4.2. The User's balance and transaction history are available on their personal account page in the online store.
4.3. The User may not transfer their rights under this Agreement to third parties or allow third parties to use their account.
4.4. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. The Seller is not liable for unauthorized use of the User's credentials by third parties.
4.5. The Seller reserves the right to impose additional restrictions on service provision, including to comply with the terms of partner platforms.
4.6. Services are available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance. The Seller will notify Users of planned maintenance via the website.
4.7. The Seller may engage third parties to provide certain services.
5. Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Seller agrees to:
- provide services in accordance with this Agreement;
- maintain records of payments and service usage by the User;
- ensure the availability and functionality of the catalog and technical infrastructure;
- notify the User of any changes to the Agreement via the website or email.
5.2. The User agrees to:
- pay for services in a timely manner;
- monitor their account balance;
- review official notifications from the Seller;
- use services for personal purposes only;
- comply with this Agreement and the terms of service of gaming platforms;
- ensure the technical capability to receive services on their end.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and payment.
6.2. In the event of a breach of this Agreement by the User, the Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Agreement without a refund.
6.3. The Seller is not liable for the actions of third parties or for losses arising from circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.4. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific service or subscription period.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for the security of the hardware or software used by the User to access the services.
6.6. The Seller is not liable for account bans or restrictions imposed by gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, EA App, etc.) where such actions result from the User's violation of the respective platform's rules.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. One-Time Purchases (License Keys, Offline Accounts)
7.1.1. A refund for a one-time purchase may be requested in the following cases:
- the paid digital product was not delivered to the User within 48 hours of payment;
- the User experienced a technical issue with the received product and the Seller's support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours of the initial support request.
7.1.2. No refund will be issued if the User has received and activated a license key or used an account and subsequently changed their mind.
7.2. Subscription
7.2.1. A refund for a subscription may be requested if the User has not accessed any account from the catalog and submits the refund request within 24 hours of payment.
7.2.2. If the User has accessed at least one account from the catalog during the subscription period, no refund will be issued for that period.
7.2.3. If the catalog was completely unavailable due to the Seller's fault for more than 48 consecutive hours during the subscription period, the User may request a partial or full refund for the affected period.
7.3. How to Request a Refund
7.3.1. To request a refund, the User must contact support at the address listed in Section 12 of this Agreement and provide:
- a detailed description of the reason for the refund;
- the email address used during registration;
- the date and transaction number of the payment;
- the last four digits of the card used for payment.
7.3.2. Refunds are processed to the card used for the original payment within 24 hours of the Seller approving the request.
8. Term and Modification of the Agreement
8.1. This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance by the User and remains valid until terminated.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. The updated version takes effect three business days after publication on the Seller's website.
8.3. The User is responsible for independently monitoring changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the online store after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8.4. Upon termination of the Agreement, it ceases to be in effect immediately, unless otherwise required by law.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
9.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to the courts of the Russian Federation in accordance with applicable law.
10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
10.1. The Seller agrees to keep the User's personal data confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
10.2. By registering on the website and accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the Privacy Policy published on gamers-galaxy.com. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement.
11. Security Measures
11.1. The Unitpay payment system used to process transactions holds a confirmed PCI DSS compliance certificate covering the storage, processing, and transmission of cardholder data.
11.2. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is maintained by international payment systems and is designed to ensure the secure storage and transmission of payment information.
11.3. Unitpay participates in the Compliance Control PCI DSS Compliance Process (P.D.C.P.) continuous compliance program, confirming a high level of security across all transactions.
11.4. All sensitive payment data (card details, registration credentials, etc.) are not transmitted to the Gamer's Galaxy online store and are processed exclusively by the Unitpay processing center.
11.5. All data is transmitted via a secure channel using modern encryption protocols.

13. Final Provisions
13.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Seller and the User with respect to the use of Gamer's Galaxy services and supersedes all prior agreements on the subject matter.
13.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13.3. Continued use of the online store following any modification to this Agreement constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated terms.
