Sole Trader Gamers Galaxy LLC

This public offer (hereinafter — the "Agreement") defines the terms of service and governs the relationship between Sole Trader Ilya Olegovich Ilchishin (hereinafter — the "Seller"), owner of the Gamer's Galaxy online store, and the user (hereinafter — the "User"). By clicking "Accept", completing a payment, or registering in the online store, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If the User does not agree, they must immediately stop using the online store.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Seller grants the User access to digital goods and services, including:

  • license keys for activating software and video games;
  • offline accounts with access to games;
  • game account rental services;
  • subscription access to a catalog of game accounts;
  • software and related digital goods.

1.2. The User agrees to pay for and accept services in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1. A subscription grants the User access to the game account catalog for the paid period. Current pricing and subscription durations are published on gamers-galaxy.com.

2.2. The subscription is activated automatically upon receipt of payment by the Seller.

2.3. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period by charging the payment method linked by the User, unless the User cancels the subscription in the prescribed manner before the next billing date. By subscribing, the User explicitly consents to automatic recurring charges according to the selected plan. The Seller retains a record of all User consents to automatic charges, including the date, time, and IP address.

2.4. Each recurring charge is processed on the date corresponding to the original payment date (or the nearest business day if it falls on a non-business day), at the time the transaction is processed by the Unitpay payment system.

2.5. The User may cancel automatic subscription renewal by any of the following methods:

  • through their account on gamers-galaxy.com in the "Manage Subscription" section;
  • by sending a request to support@gamers-galaxy.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and the email address associated with their account.

Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. After cancellation, access to the catalog remains active until the end of the paid period; no further automatic charges will be made.

2.6. The Seller may modify the catalog (add, replace, or remove accounts) without prior notice to the User. The Seller does not guarantee the permanent availability of specific games or accounts in the catalog.

2.7. The User may use access to accounts for personal use only. Sharing account credentials obtained through the subscription with third parties is prohibited. If a violation is detected, the Seller may suspend the subscription without a refund.

2.8. The Seller is not liable for account bans imposed by gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, EA App, etc.) resulting from the User's actions that violate the rules of the respective platform.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment is accepted via bank cards and other payment methods listed on the online store website.

3.2. When placing an order, the User selects a preferred payment method and is redirected to the Unitpay payment server or the acquiring bank's payment form.

3.3. When paying by bank card, payment processing occurs on the bank's authorization page, where the User must enter:

  • card type;
  • card number;
  • card expiry date;
  • CVC2/CVV2 code.

3.4. If the card is enrolled in 3D-Secure, the User is automatically redirected to the card-issuing bank's page for authentication. For information on additional identification methods, the User should contact their bank.

3.5. The Seller may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. The User will be notified of any price change no less than 14 calendar days before the next scheduled charge — via the email address provided at registration and/or through a notification in their account. If the User does not cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect, this is considered consent to the updated terms. Price changes do not apply to already paid periods.

4. Service Conditions

4.1. Access to paid services is granted upon simultaneous fulfillment of the following conditions:

  • User authentication via login and password;
  • full prepayment for services or sufficient balance in the User's account.

4.2. The User's balance and transaction history are available on their personal page in the online store.

4.3. The User may not transfer their rights under this Agreement to third parties or allow them to use their account.

4.4. The User must keep their login and password confidential. The Seller is not liable for unauthorized use of these credentials by third parties.

4.5. The Seller may impose additional restrictions on the provision of services, including to comply with the terms of partner platforms.

4.6. Services are available around the clock, except during maintenance periods. The Seller notifies Users of scheduled maintenance through the website.

4.7. The Seller may engage third parties to provide certain services.

5. Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Seller agrees to:

  • provide services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
  • maintain records of payments and service usage by the User;
  • ensure the functionality of the catalog and technical infrastructure;
  • notify the User of subscription price changes no less than 14 calendar days before the next charge;
  • notify the User of other changes to the terms via the website or email.

5.2. The User agrees to:

  • pay for services in a timely manner;
  • monitor their account balance;
  • read official notices from the Seller;
  • use services for personal purposes only;
  • comply with the terms of this Agreement and the rules of gaming platforms;
  • ensure the technical capability to receive services on their end.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and payment.

6.2. If the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the Seller may suspend or terminate it without a refund.

6.3. The Seller is not liable for the actions of third parties or for losses arising from circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.4. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific service or subscription period.

6.5. The Seller is not liable for the security of the equipment and software used by the User to access the services.

6.6. The Seller is not liable for account bans or restrictions imposed by gaming platforms (Steam, Epic Games, EA App, etc.) resulting from the User's violation of that platform's rules.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. One-Time Purchases (license keys, offline accounts)

7.1.1. A refund for a one-time purchase is available in the following cases:

  • the paid digital product was not delivered to the User within 48 hours of payment;
  • the User experienced technical issues with the received product, and resolution by the Seller takes more than 48 hours from the moment of contacting support.

7.1.2. A refund will not be issued if the User received and activated a license key or used an account and subsequently changed their mind.

7.2. Subscription and Recurring Payments

7.2.1. A refund for a subscription payment is available if the User has not used any account from the catalog and submits a refund request within 24 hours of the payment or automatic charge.

7.2.2. If the User has accessed at least one account from the catalog during the subscription period, no refund will be issued for that period.

7.2.3. If an automatic charge occurred without prior notification to the User of a price change, the User may request a refund of the difference between the old and new price within 48 hours of the charge.

7.2.4. If the catalog was completely unavailable due to the Seller's fault for more than 48 consecutive hours during the subscription period, the User may request a partial or full refund for the affected period.

7.3. Refund Request Procedure

7.3.1. To request a refund, the User must contact support as specified in Section 12 of this Agreement and provide:

  • a detailed description of the reason for the refund;
  • the email address used at registration;
  • the date and payment reference number;
  • the last four digits of the card used for payment.

7.3.2. Refunds are processed to the card used for payment within 24 hours of the Seller approving the request.

8. Term and Modification of Terms

8.1. This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the User and remains valid until termination.

8.2. The Seller may amend the terms of the Agreement at any time. The updated version takes effect three business days after publication on the Seller's website.

8.3. The User is responsible for independently monitoring changes to the Agreement. Continued use of the online store after changes take effect constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated terms.

8.4. In the event of termination of the Agreement, it ceases to be effective immediately, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the courts as determined by the laws of the Russian Federation.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

10.1. The Seller undertakes to keep the User's personal data confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by the laws of the Russian Federation.

10.2. By registering on the website and accepting this Agreement, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy published on gamers-galaxy.com. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Agreement.

11. Security Measures

11.1. The Unitpay payment system used for transaction processing holds a certified PCI DSS compliance certificate for the storage, processing, and transmission of cardholder data.

11.2. The PCI DSS payment card security standard is maintained by international payment systems and is designed to ensure the secure storage and transmission of payment information.

11.3. Unitpay participates in the Compliance Control PCI DSS Compliance Process (P.D.C.P.) continuous compliance program, confirming the high level of security across all operations.

11.4. All sensitive payment data (card details, registration information, etc.) is not transmitted to or stored by the Gamer's Galaxy online store and is processed exclusively by the Unitpay processing center.

11.5. Data is transmitted over a secure channel using modern encryption.

12.2. The Seller undertakes to respond to User inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Seller and the User regarding the use of Gamer's Galaxy services and supersedes all prior agreements on the subject matter.

13.2. If any one or more provisions of this Agreement are found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

13.3. Continued use of the online store following any amendments to the Agreement constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated terms.
