Why do I need to top up my Steam account through you?

How does Steam account top-up work?
You need to provide your Steam login and email to receive confirmation, enter the top-up amount, and make the payment.
I entered an incorrect login. What should I do?
If the login exists, the funds have already been credited to another account — they cannot be returned. If the login does not exist, the payment will be automatically canceled and your money will be refunded.
How quickly will the balance be topped up?
The money will be credited to your account instantly after the payment is completed. In rare cases, there may be slight delays, usually no longer than a few minutes. If the delay is prolonged, please contact our technical support.
Will my Steam account region change during the first top-up?
If you have a new account, in order to keep your current region on your Steam account during the first top-up, it is important to add several free games (for example, Marvel Rivals) to your account. This will fix the account's currency to the current region.
How do I find out my login?
You use your login when signing in to Steam. If you enter an incorrect login, the funds will be sent to another user.
